A half-day simulation where two competing project teams negotiate shared resources, deadlines, and priorities. Designed for organizations where silos slow everything down.
Delegation masterclass
Identify which tasks only you can do, which should be handed off today, and which need a 30-day handover plan. Includes a live delegation matrix you take home.
New-manager bootcamp
A two-session series (each 2.5 hours, one week apart) for people who moved into management in the last twelve months. Covers the mindset shift from individual contributor to coach.
Strategic narrative workshop

How a typical engagement unfolds
Discovery call (20 min)
We ask about team size, current pain points, and recent org changes. No pitch deck, just listening.
Tailored design (5 business days)
We send a one-page session plan with objectives, exercises, and pre-work for participants. You approve or adjust.
Delivery and follow-up
Workshop day happens. Two weeks later, every participant receives a personal action summary and a 15-minute check-in call to keep momentum.

Our facilitators are based in the Eastern Townships but run sessions from Halifax to Vancouver. Virtual delivery uses breakout rooms and shared whiteboards so remote cohorts get the same interactive intensity as in-person groups.
